Many of you know that I do a LOT of sound healing. I find this amazing for anxiety, and there is something in the frequency of beautiful sounds that calms you down. I know I’m not a psychopath because whenever I play my own sound bowls, my baby and dog stop doing everything and … just listen (which is a total fucking twist). And as Zaza now even knows how to play sound balls- HA.
Anyway, you shouldn’t be surprised that I started digging deeper and deeper into sonic healing and finding these beautiful, stunning bells. They are handmade at the foot of the Iberian Mountains, and special tuning is required to make clear tones with a rich undertone.
So if you want to calm down, these are the most beautiful, harmonious sounds you will ever hear. You can use it as the sound of the wind, but I just walk with them around the room for Zaza. She loves it.

Ro Fiber roller that won’t mess up your clothes:
All right, prepare for something better than you could have ever imagined. New and improved fiber brush. That’s right. There’s nothing worse than using an adhesive fiber roller on a brand new sweater and gathering a pile of wool for a sweater.
(WHO UNDERSTANDS THAT!).
Every time I used a fiber roller I felt like it tore my clothes? After the hunt I found this beautiful Amazon wood brush- it is gentle and makes SUCH a difference MY GOD.
Basically, this one it has rubber bristles that attract hair and fibers from your clothes. It’s very thorough, but it’s also gentle. Of course it removes both ambiguities and dust.
Let’s talk about the handle because it is BEAUTIFUL – it looks like a nicely oiled beech wood that is resistant to wear, so you can use it every day. It’s made in Germany and I find it very sustainable because you don’t throw away hairy pieces of sticky paper several times a day.
To clean it, just rinse it in lukewarm water, wipe it with a towel and let it air dry.
It’s the only fiber roller you’ll ever need: functional, beautiful, environmentally friendly and something that’s kind of cool to have on display. Most importantly, as we discussed: it won’t screw up your favorite sweater.
