Glencore’s Glasenberg signed a dividend, trading Bonanza

Glasenberg, who has held the top position for nearly two decades, will hand over Gary Nagle, a South African counterpart who currently runs the coal business, in the coming months. After renewing the dividend, which was withdrawn last year to protect against potential shocks from the coronavirus pandemic, Glasenberg leaves the company in a good position to benefit from metal prices trading at multi-year highs.
