This month, now that the weather is warmer, a few friends and I challenged ourselves to walking 12,000 steps a day. To be honest, I was afraid of it, but the walking actually felt so good; now that I wake up in the morning, my legs are ready to go. “It’s like I have a walk inside me,” my friend said Gisela, when I told her about that feeling.
However, during my walks, I longed for something to listen to. I am currently devouring everything and anything by myself Elna Baker (It’s amazing!), but other than that, I don’t know what to put in order.
