To encourage customers to keep their reservations, hotels across the country promise to help coordinate tests for guests either on-site or at nearby laboratories and hospitals. Customers can contact the hotel receptionist who should know where to find the best-priced tests in approved testing laboratories or be able to arrange an on-site test. Rodrigo Esponda, executive director of the Los Cabos Tourist Board, says the courtesy could be extended to travelers staying in villas and to time shares.
