In April last year, the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) and several government agencies launched a website that helps Singaporeans find details about the various grants and funds they may be eligible for.
Named SupportGoWhere, it is a one-stop portal listing all available financial support packages for Singaporeans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beneficiaries only need to answer a simple questionnaire to find out which assistance programs they are entitled to, including initiatives recently announced during the 2021 budget.
This helps simplify the search process and provide an added benefit as users no longer have to navigate and process the eligibility criteria of each scheme.

For example, the COVID-19 Recovery Grant (CRG) provides temporary financial support to low- and middle-income workers (both employed and self-employed).
Those who have lost their jobs and / or unpaid leave will receive up to $ 700 per month for three months.
Meanwhile, those who have lost income will receive up to $ 500 a month for three months.
There are also some grants and funds that Singaporeans automatically qualify for, such as GST vouchers.
All qualified Singaporeans will receive an additional $ 200 in June 2021, in addition to a regular GST cash voucher (paid each August) to help lower-income Singaporeans in their daily living expenses.
Since April 2020, SupportGoWhere has been seen – which is part of the LifeSG initiative 2.5 million visits. Find out which grants you are eligible for and where to apply here.
