Israeli cyber security company Cymulate today announced the completion of a $ 45 million C-Series funding round led by One Peak, along with existing investors Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), Vertex Ventures Israel, Vertex Growth and Dell Technologies Capital. Cymulate has raised $ 71 million to date.

The funds will be used to accelerate revenue growth. In 2020, Cymulate doubled revenue compared to last year and expanded its workforce by over 150%. Cymulate serves hundreds of customers, including leading companies and F500 companies, and recently announced a partnership with global telecom giant NTT.

Headquartered in Rishon Lezion, Cymulate was founded in 2016 by Technical Director Avihai Ben-Yossef, CEO Eyal Wachsman and Eyal Gruner, a serial entrepreneur and investor in launching cyber security.

Cymulate has developed a platform to continuously validate an organization’s cyber position and on-demand, testing their cloud and local networks against the latest threats.

Wachsman said, “Cymulate has seen a 50% increase in unique wildlife attacks by 2020, and as APT groups become more aggressive and disruptive, there is a real need for companies to make daily or weekly assessments of their security position. Loss of customer confidence due to the fall of a large attack, it is very difficult to recover. “
