Joshua Buatsi brutally knocked out Ricards Bolotniks with a huge right hand as the British light heavyweight contender remained on the road to fight for the world title.

The undefeated 28-year-old hit Bolotniki on the canvas with a hook in the sixth round, and then left the Latvian in a crumpled crowd after agreeing with his big right hand in the 11th to signal his 15th consecutive victory.

Punching out stiff punches, Buatsi took center of the ring in the first round, but Bolotniks quickly showed his threat, stiffening the right foot of south Londoner with his right foot.

Buatsi responded with crisp shots in the second, and he responded with another shot from Bolotniks with a sharp combination in the third.

More ferocity was added to Buatsiā€™s work in the fourth half when he landed a bunch of shots at Bolotnik, who was forced to endure a sharp right hand in the fifth.

When the left hook in the sixth threw Bolotniki on the canvas, the end of the fight seemed inevitable, but Buatsi seemed exhausted by a subsequent attack that failed to move the stubborn opponent.

Buatsi’s shots slipped below the belt line, which eventually resulted in the deduction of points in the eighth, and Bolotniks returned the blows with defiant blows.

But Buatsi adjusted his precision, scoring into his right hands in the final seconds of the ninth, and then exploded with a bunch of injured shots in the 10th minute.
