The opposition Labor Party in the UK on Monday accused Prime Minister Boris Johnson of “complacency” over a Delta variant first identified in India and border policies. Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman sent a difficult message employees in New York, arguing that if they eat comfortably, they should feel safe at the bank’s headquarters. “If you can get into a restaurant in New York, you can get into the office and we want you in the office,” he said.
