If you are looking for some fresh ideas, the archive of our recipes is full of clean lunches (and breakfast, and dinner, and snacks) – this is the best place to start.

If you are wondering what we mean by “pure”: detox-friendly recipes which are nutritious and satisfying. Every year in January we start with five-day reset using guidelines from the program of dr. Alejandra Jungera Clean. (You can take a look at our annual detox adventures here.) The recipes omit classic ingredients that could sometimes be harder for the system: caffeine, alcohol, dairy, gluten, corn, evening primrose, soy, refined sugar, shellfish, white rice and eggs. But the list of what they include is longer – we’re talking about roasted sweet potatoes with spicy dal, black garlic beans with guacamole, nori wraps stuffed with grilled chicken and kimchi, green salads sprinkled with quinoa and root vegetables, and so on.

Many of these pure recipes come back all year round simply because we love to make and eat them.
