The charging station for electric cars in the center of Azrieli presented lower prices than expected.

Tesla opened its first electric-powered Supercharger station in Israel today in Tel Aviv. The company plans to open three more charging stations in 2021, dedicated to Tesla’s customers, in Haifa, Beersheva and Eilat.

Tesla has also officially unveiled car charging prices, and like the cars themselves, they are lower than expected. Charging stations will cost only 1 NIS per kilowatt-hour with no connection fee. This means that fully charging a Tesla 3 car will cost around 60-80 NIS – about half as much as charging electric cars at regular car charging stations.

The first Tesla Supercharger station is located in the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv and has six charging stations. Tesla claims that it only takes a few minutes to charge the car. Charging the Tesla 3 so that it can cover 120 kilometers takes only five minutes.
