♡ Soften hair follicles with hot water
A huge fan really softens the skin with hot water before shaving. I take a cold shower in the morning, and if you haven’t tried it, you have to. It’s such a rejuvenation, especially if you do it Wim Hof’s breath.
At night I adore the wind with a hot shower. The salt rock lamp is on, the candle is on, maybe a twig eucalyptus hanging in the shower (this is the best advice to feel like you are in a spa and have an amazing showering experience).
