VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. reported stable operational performance in Q4 FY21.
Net sales for this quarter reached HRK 195 million, which is a decrease of 4% compared to the same period last year.
The adjusted Ebitda in Q4 FG21 amounted to Rs 23 million with corresponding Ebitda margins of 12.0%, which is 270 basis points in QoQ.
Ebitda has been adjusted for a one-time insurance of ~ 13.5 kroner for the Voluntary Separation Program for its employees at the Bengaluru plant, as well as for a write-off of ~ 2 holes in other expenses.
Adjusted profit after tax in Q4 FY21 was HRK 28 million, down 8% from the same period last year.
The company declared a dividend of Rs 20 per share for FY21.
